Print Language Book orders cannot be cancelled because they are printed on demand. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.

In the case of damage caused by printing or upon delivery, we will ask for photographic evidence of the damage and upon our assessment and confirmation, these books will be asked to be returned and replaced.

Workbooks are printed on demand therefore, a minimum of 20 books is required for the setup and output of commercial printing machines. Our commercial printing suppliers cannot produce prints for a single book order as the set up and running costs would be in excess.

The time it takes to receive an order is approximate and depends on the geographic location of its placement. Overseas orders will require 3-6 weeks. Domestic orders in Australia should expect 2-3 weeks. Local orders in Sydney, will be available within 1- 2 weeks. All time-frames are approximate and will vary due to supply and demand of orders, printing and freight circumstances.

The difference between the digital and language bundle is the access of lessons within age groups and pricing.

A digital bundle enables you to download a selection of 10 lessons and one flashcard or game, from one language and one year group per purchase for only $45.00.

A K-6 language bundle enables you to download up to 10 lessons (including flashcards and games) per month,  from one language for all age groups, K-6. Language bundle subscriptions cost A$15.00 per month or A$160.00 per year.

Yes, a purchase can be made without subscribing. There is the option of downloading individual lessons and flashcards without a subscription plan. Browse through the categories of downloadables, games and flashcards which are individually priced. Downloadables are priced at A$4.95 each. Games or Audio- visual Flashcards are A$9.95 each. Add your selection(s) to the shopping card and complete the payment process.

A workbook subscription enables language teachers to synchronise the pages of the purchased workbook with audio-flashcards for guided learning.
